Sit down and relax first and analyze
yourself...
Take notes of what makes you sin...
Try avoiding those...
Try to know what others feel about you...
If there is character that others don’t
like and more importantly God doesn’t like it... Plz change it...
Remember satan can only tempt...
He can’t make us sin...
He didn’t feed Eve the apple...
He just tempted her...
If Gods word is rooted as in a Good Field...
We can easily thwart these temptations...
All Satan needs is a small foot hold and he
will happily take you down to the grave.... Don’t give him that chance....
In my life ... I was slave to sin, God
forgave me ..., and not only that, he taught me how to resist the devil and win
over him...
I have furnished below a certain set of
tips of how you can achieve this...
1)
Learn New Habits that God would like...
Try acts of kindness... Google it and there
are numerous ways you can share kindness...
Habits are not learnt in one day...
They take practice...
So practice doing good and right...
Practice not doing bad thing and wrong
things...
Slowly and surely resist the Devil and he
will flee...
Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the
devil, and he will flee from you.
James 4:7

Try seeing the Good of people only...
Try not to think about bad things...
Ask wisdom from God to deal with
Sin encroaches through three possible
ways...
Difficult People...
( people with bad habits or who do bad
things to you)
Difficult Situations....
( when someone teases you or says something
bad about you ... your reaction may start a fight etc., )
and
Difficult times...
(times of problems... like loss of job,
divorce, loss of loved one, diesease etc...,)
All these three will force us to covet,
hate, fret, create anger, jealous which in turns makes our heart polluted and
makes our tongue speak words that create strife and in turn to sin....
Bible says Saul was Jealous over David cos
he didn’t get the praise he expected...
The women sang as they
played, and said, “Saul has killed his thousands, and David his ten thousands.”
Then Saul became very angry. This
saying did not please him. He said, “They have given David honor for ten
thousands, but for me only thousands. Now what more can he have but to be
king?” And Saul was jealous and
did not trust David from that day on.
1 Samuel 18:7-9
The flesh as given in Galatians 5 19-21 reacts in this
way
Now the deeds of the flesh are evident,
which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities,
strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying,
drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as
I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the
kingdom of God.
Galatians
5:19-21
All these things come up when you encounter
these situations... To avoid try looking at the Good of the people and never
the bad things a people might do... in doing so ... you could smile at other
when they torture you...and fulfil the following verse...
If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to
them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt
from them.
Luke 6:29
It might seem wierd but when your father or
mother slaps you,,, you might not want to slap them back nor do they do it
violently .... cos that is love...

Do not have worldly expectations...
Have only spiritual expectations from
above...
God has a plan for you from conception and
whatever you do he will not leave you deviate from that plan...
If we don’t understand this... that results
in lack of faith and impatience...
For I know the plans I
have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope
and a future.
Jeremiah 29:11

Controlling the tongue
All those nasty thoughts finds the way out
through the tongue spewing sin...
The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil
among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course
of one's life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.
James 3:6

He who formed the world with Just his

mankind...
Will help you triumph over sin...
